Im 4 months and trying to drink milk daily for calcium but i dont enjoy plain doodh much. Cow milk, buffalo, or the packaged ones, which is better in pregnancy? open to suggestions.
Im in my 5th month and have put on around 6 kg already. MIL keeps saying im gaining too fast but i feel its normal. Just want to know roughly kitna kg is okay overall.
