Its so hot these days and im craving watermelon constantly. Just want to make sure its safe in the early weeks since people say so many things. Pls share.
Watermelon is lovely, keeps you cool and hydrated, my family always encouraged it in summer. Eat it fresh cut, not the pre cut ones sitting out. In moderation it is perfectly fine.

It is hydrating and nice but it does have natural sugar, so I kept my portions small because of my sugar issues. For most people it is fine in moderation. Just dont overdo it in one go.
