Look, only your gynac knows your history, so don't depend on what worked for someone else. For fever or pain there are safe options but only doctor should decide. Just call the clinic, it takes two minutes.
Please don't take any tablet on your own during pregnancy. I had a tricky pregnancy and even for small things I asked first. Call your doctor and tell them your symptom, they will tell you what is safe.
I won't say anything about that specific tablet honestly. When I had fever in pregnancy I just called my gynac before taking anything. Please ask your doctor before any medicine, that is the only safe way.
Honestly anything for pain or fever should only be taken if your gynac okays it. Some medicines are fine in pregnancy and some are not. Best to just message your doctor with the name before you take it.
