Actually, I gained around 11 kg in my recent pregnancy and my gynac said it was absolutely perfect. Most of it goes away after delivery and breastfeeding anyway. Just focus on eating healthy meals right now.
Honestly, 10-12 kg weight gain is quite standard, but check with your doctor during regular scans. It is better to plan your budget for those monthly test packages and delivery hospital deposits rather than worrying about weight. Just eat normal home food, no need to buy expensive fancy protein powders unless doc suggests.
Same here, currently in my 3rd trimester and I feel like a heavy potato already! 10 kgs is actually very normal, so please don't overthink. I just want this baby out now so I can sit comfortably again!
I am in my 2nd trimester now and I've already gained some weight, was feeling so anxious about this. Did you guys also gain around the same time? Glad to see everyone saying 10kg is normal.
Just focus on normal ghar ka khana like green veggies, roti, and milk to naturally stay healthy. 10 kg gain is totally fine and healthy for most of us. But if you see sudden swelling in your feet or a very rapid weight jump in a week, call your gynac immediately.
I totally understand how much we worry about every little change in our bodies. Gaining 10 kgs is absolutely normal, don't sweat it. Your sweet baby is growing beautifully inside, so just enjoy this magical phase!
Haha only 10 kgs? I feel like I gained that much just by looking at parathas! Honestly, don't stress, the standard limit is around 10-15 kg. Right now, I'm too busy being a sleepless zombie to even care about my old weight.
