I have Evion at home from before and someone said vitamin E is good, but I dont want to self start anything in pregnancy. I will ask my gynac at visit. Was anyone prescribed it?
You are already likely on your prescribed prenatal vitamins, so adding anything extra should go through your doctor. Some get vitamin E prescribed, some dont need it. A quick check with your gynac will clear this up.
Dont self prescribe it yaar. Sometimes doctors do add vitamin E but only when they see a need. Just ask your gynac at the next visit, they already know what supplements you should be on.
Please dont start any supplement like Evion on your own in pregnancy. Even vitamins should be taken only if your doctor says you need them. Ask your gynac before adding it, they will tell you if its required.
Beta any tablet in pregnancy only after asking your doctor. Dont take it just because someone else did. Show your doctor and they will tell if you should take it or not.
