During my last check-up, the doctor mentioned my blood pressure was a bit high. I'm curious to know why blood pressure can become elevated during pregnancy.
Im in my 7th month and this jalan after eating is killing me, even water se kabhi kabhi hota hai. Cant sleep properly at night because of it. Any safe gharelu tips that worked for you? please share.
