Can i use l arginine proanthocyanidins in pregnancy 4 weeks?
I'm 4 weeks pregnant and heard about L-arginine and proanthocyanidins for health. I'm wondering if such specific compounds are generally advised or contraindicated during early pregnancy. I want to be very careful.
Please do not take any such supplements on your own, especially so early in your pregnancy. It is always safest to show the medicine to your doctor first.
I know we want to do everything right for the baby, but early pregnancy is very delicate. Please consult your doctor before taking these, and focus on simple home food and staying hydrated for now.
Don't self-prescribe, it’s not worth the risk. Just book a quick call or visit your gynac this weekend to get a proper prescription chart for your first trimester.
Our elders always say to be very careful in the first three months. Please do not take this supplement unless your doctor has prescribed it after checking your blood reports.
Whoa, hold on! At 4 weeks, you shouldn't even take a basic antacid without your doctor's nod, let alone l-arginine. Keep those pills locked away until your gynac writes them on your prescription!
Oh please don't take it without asking! I used to research every single ingredient online and get so scared of side effects, so I never took anything unless my doc explicitly wrote it down.
I am currently 6 weeks and my doctor didn't prescribe me this yet. Did your gynac specifically ask you to take l-arginine, or are you planning to take it on your own?
My doctor explained that L-arginine is sometimes used later to improve blood flow to the placenta, but it is not a standard early supplement. You must check with your gynac before starting it at 4 weeks.
L-arginine is usually given in specific cases of blood pressure or growth concerns later on. Since you are only 4 weeks, please stick to just the folic acid your doctor prescribed and avoid other supplements.
