I used one after my c section but only after my doctor said the wound was healing fine, around 2 weeks i think. It actually helped me feel more supported when getting up from bed. Just dont tie it too tight on the stitches area, go gentle.
Please ask your doctor first na. My healing was a bit slow so they told me to delay the belt. Better to confirm with the one who did your surgery before tying anything around the cut.
