I've started noticing some varicose veins appearing on my legs, and it's quite uncomfortable. Does anyone have tips or home remedies for how to manage them during pregnancy? I'm looking for some relief.
Bad cold and blocked nose since 2 days, raat ko sona mushkil ho raha. I usually apply vicks on chest but ab dar lag raha that smell or something might harm baby. Is it fine to use yaar?
My gynac started me on calcium along with my iron tablets. Bit confused matlab should I take them together or at different times, and with food or empty stomach? Dont want to take it wrong way.
