we are trying for a baby and these few days my breasts have been really sore and tender. im not sure if this is a good sign or just my normal period coming. period is due in like 4 days. anyone experienced this?
My doc said the soreness comes from rising hormones, which happen both in early pregnancy and the premenstrual phase. So it can mean conception but it is not proof on its own. A test after the missed period is the only sure way to know.
I had sore breasts very early and it turned out I was pregnant, so yes it can be a sign. But it also happens before periods, so it confused me a lot. Did anyone else feel this and then test positive?
Breast tenderness is one of the earliest signs for many, including me. But the same thing happens before a period too, so it is not a sure confirmation. Wait for the missed period and then test.
