Having a lot of acidity these days and someone suggested mgd3 for it. But im 11 weeks now so dont want to take anything without knowing. Has anyone used it in pregnancy or should i just ask my gynac first?
I know how stressful it is when you want to make sure you are getting all the right nutrients for the baby. It's totally okay to feel confused about supplements, but to ease your mind, just call your doctor's clinic and ask them. They will tell you exactly if it's safe for you or not.
Hey, even my doctor prescribed me some magnesium and D3 tablets recently because of leg cramps, but I'm not sure if yours is the exact same brand. Did your doctor recommend this to you or are you thinking of starting it on your own? Better to double check with your clinic first!
Please be very careful with any tablets during pregnancy, especially if you have had any previous issues. I had a difficult pregnancy and my doctor made it very clear that even simple vitamins need to be approved by them. Please call your gynac before popping any pill.
My brain is too tired to remember what vitamins I took, but I know for sure my doctor strictly told me not to take any random OTC pills. Pregnancy is not the time to experiment! Send a quick WhatsApp photo of the medicine to your doc and ask if it's okay.
Mgd3 is basically magnesium and vitamin D3, but honestly, you shouldn't take any supplement during pregnancy without asking your gynecologist first. Self-medicating is a big no-no right now. Just show your doctor the strip and let them decide the dosage.
