Can miscarriage happen in first month of pregnancy?
I just found out im pregnant and im so happy but also anxious every minute. Its very early, barely a month. The fear of something going wrong keeps coming. Is it common in the first month, how careful do i need to be?
I understand the worry deeply, every twinge feels huge in the first month. Be kind to yourself and lean on your doctor for reassurance. You're doing your best and that matters.
Yes it can happen early, and I say this gently because I've been there. Please don't blame yourself if it does, very often it's nothing you did wrong. And if you have bleeding or strong cramps, ring your doctor straight away.
It's a scary thought I know, but try not to live in fear. Take your folic acid, rest well and stay in touch with your gynac. Most early pregnancies go on just fine.
Early loss is sadly possible, that's why any heavy bleeding or severe pain needs a doctor right away. I learned to never wait it out. Sending you strength whatever you're going through.
