I'm experiencing terrible heartburn every day since my pregnancy started, especially after meals. It's making me very uncomfortable. Can anyone share tips on how to get rid of heartburn during pregnancy?
Im around 5 weeks and the situation at home is really not right for this baby right now. Honestly im scared and dont know what the safe options are or who to even talk to. Pls if anyone has been through this guide me, I plan to see a doctor.
