My period is due in 2 days and im getting that usual cramping feeling like it always comes before periods. But we were trying this month so my mind keeps going there. Can this same pain actually mean im pregnant?

Yes actually, mild cramps similar to period pain can happen in early pregnancy because the uterus is changing, my doctor told me its quite common. The tricky part is it feels just like your period coming. So the best way to know is a test after your missed period.
Light cramps can be normal early on, but if the pain is severe or on one side with bleeding, please dont wait, see your gynac. I learnt to take strong cramps seriously. For mild ones, take a test and relax.
Mild cramping can definitely be early pregnancy, both my times i felt period like twinges. But strong or one sided pain is different and needs checking. For mild cramps, just test once your period is late.
