My skin suddenly broke out so much this week, big ones on my chin and forehead and I usually have clear skin. Period is 3 days late so im wondering if this could be an early sign. Anyone noticed pimples before they found out?
Yes hormonal changes can cause breakouts early on, both times my skin acted up. But acne by itself isnt confirmation, lots of things cause it. If you suspect pregnancy, just take a test.
Elders in my family always linked skin changes with pregnancy, and there is some truth to the hormones part. But it can be just regular hormonal acne too. A test will tell you clearly, dont go only by the skin.
Mine actually broke out a lot in early pregnancy, I felt like a teenager again honestly. It is the hormones doing their thing. But pimples alone arent a sure sign, I only knew for sure after the test.
