Beta warm milk piyo thoda saffron dalke, isse mind calm rahega. Baaki clear result ke liye toh doctor se hi consult karna chahiye. Aur agar thoda bhi heavy cramping ya bleeding feel ho toh bina delay kiya gynac se baat karna.
