Can pregnancy be discontinued with medicine in 5 weeks pregnant?

Im around 5 weeks and going through a really tough situation at home right now. I know i need to see a doctor properly and i will, just trying to understand my options first. Pls dont judge, just need honest info.

I would strongly say do not self medicate for this. It can lead to incomplete process and serious bleeding which can be dangerous. A doctor needs to guide and monitor you. Pls see a gynac first, dont take chemist advice.
