I always wondered the same thing actually. From what my gynac told me, pregnancy is possible even without full thing happening, so dont assume you are safe. Track your period and test if late.

It can happen yaar, even precum carries some sperm in certain cases. Erection level doesnt fully decide it. Best is to take a home test once your period is delayed and you'll know for sure.
