Since 2-3 days im getting really bad headaches, the kind that dont go even after resting. My period is due in couple days so my mind keeps wondering. Did anyone get strong headaches as an early sign?
My doctor said mild headaches can come early due to hormone changes, but a severe headache on its own is not a pregnancy symptom. She told me to confirm with a urine test after the missed period. And a severe headache always deserves a checkup regardless.
I used to read into every little headache and convince myself i was pregnant, so i get it. Mild headaches can happen with the hormones honestly. But a severe one isnt a reliable pregnancy sign, just take a test to know for sure.
A severe headache is not something to brush off, pregnant or not. Please get it looked at, especially if it doesnt go with rest and water. For pregnancy, only a test confirms it.
