I add kasuri methi in almost every sabzi at ghar, it just tastes so good na. Now im 9 weeks and got a little tension whether methi is safe during pregnancy or i should avoid. Anyone know?
Im around 6 weeks and my lower pet feels kind of tight and heavy, especially when i get up. No pain as such, just this weird tightness. Is this normal in early days or am i tensing too much?
