Im 7 weeks and got really constipated yesterday, had to strain a lot in washroom and then saw a little spotting. Now im so tensed yaar. Planning to call my gynac tomorrow but wanted to know if this happened to anyone else?
Please please don't ignore this and call your doctor immediately. I had a similar issue before my loss, and I really wish I had gone to the clinic sooner. Even if it's just mild spotting, get an ultrasound done to be 100% sure.
Straining can cause mild spotting sometimes because of sensitive blood vessels, but any bleeding in early pregnancy needs a doctor's check. Call your gynac right now and get it checked. Don't guess or wait for it to stop on its own.
During my first trimester, I also faced thoda spotting after being constipated. My gynac checked everything and said the baby was fine, but she gave me some medicine to prevent straining. Please get yourself checked by your doc just to be safe.
I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and even I had a similar scare last month when I had mild spotting after straining. My doctor immediately told me to avoid lifting heavy things and put me on bed rest. Did u consult your doctor yet?
I felt so terrified when I saw a tiny drop of blood in my first trimester. My husband immediately took me to the gynac who did a scan and reassured us. Honestly, it's always better to call your doctor instead of worrying at home.
Oh dear, please don't take any risk with bleeding in early pregnancy. I have been reading so many forums while planning, and everyone says any spotting means u should call your doctor right away. Hope everything is fine with u.
With my PCOS history, my pregnancy was already high risk, so any sign of bleeding would make me rush to the clinic. Straining can sometimes cause a tiny pop in blood vessels, but please talk to your doctor immediately. Better to be safe than sorry.
