No it cannot. Pregnancy only happens when sperm meets an egg in the reproductive tract, nothing to do with swallowing or the stomach. Whatever goes into the digestive system just gets digested, simple as that.
Please dont stress over this, the answer is no. The mouth and stomach have nothing to do with conception. If youre worried about pregnancy in general, happy to help, but this particular thing is not a way it happens.
