Im only around 9 weeks and my feet already feel a bit puffy by evening. I thought swelling comes much later in pregnancy na, so this surprised me. Is it normal this early or should i mention to my gynac?
Mild swelling in the feet can happen even in early pregnancy due to hormones and fluid changes, though its more common later on. Keeping your feet up and staying hydrated helps. But if the swelling is sudden, in the face or hands, please tell your gynac to rule out BP issues.
My feet started feeling a bit puffy and I got worried it was too early. Did anyone else swell up early too? It eased when I rested my legs up on a pillow.
A little is usually okay, but sudden or heavy swelling with headache should be checked by your gynac right away. I always say dont ignore that combination. Better to be safe.
