Lately i feel so full and bloated that even drinking water feels difficult, im barely managing. Im in 2nd trimester. Is it okay to not be able to drink much or do i really need to push myself? bit confused.
If you mean you can't drink water because of nausea, I get it, in early weeks plain water made me feel sick. I had it in small sips, added lemon or nimbu pani, ice chips also helped. Mention it to ur gynac if it's a lot.
Water is encouraged in pregnancy, staying hydrated is really important. The only time water is limited is in certain medical conditions, and only the doctor decides that. For most of us, drink plenty.
Drink water freely beta, it's good for you and baby. Keep a bottle near you all the time. Only if a doctor has specifically told you otherwise should you limit it, otherwise no restriction.
Arre water is super important in pregnancy, you should drink MORE not less. It helps with constipation, swelling and keeps fluid levels good. Unless your doctor has restricted it for some specific reason, drink well.
I got confused by this too. But my doc actually told me to increase water as the baby grows. Are you struggling to drink it or just unsure? If nausea, small sips through the day worked for me.
