Its so hot here and i feel like having nariyal pani every afternoon. Someone said too much can cause something, dont know how true. Is it ok to drink it daily in pregnancy?
Its healthy and hydrating, but it does have natural sugar so with my GD I kept it limited. If your sugar is normal then enjoy it freely. Just avoid the bottled sweetened ones, fresh is the way.
Coconut water is a family favourite for us in pregnancy, very cooling and hydrating. I had it in the mornings and felt fresh. Fresh tender coconut is best, and check with gynac if you have any sugar concerns.
Haan nariyal pani is great na, my MIL made me drink it almost daily. Its hydrating and good for acidity too. Just have it fresh, not the packaged sugary type.
