There's a big mobile tower right next to our building, like literally facing my bedroom window. My mom is convinced its harmful for the baby and now im a little worried too. Is there any truth to this or just tension for nothing?
I wouldnt worry about this. Keep your heart calm and your mind positive, that does more good than fearing things with no proof behind them. Eat well, rest, and trust your body. If a doubt nags you, just mention it at your next checkup.
From what's understood so far, the everyday radio waves from mobile towers are very low energy and there isnt solid evidence they harm pregnancy. I lived near one through mine and my gynac wasnt worried about it at all. If it stresses you, talking to your doctor will reassure you more than worrying.
Dear, so many of us live right next to these towers in cities and have had perfectly healthy babies. There's no good evidence it affects pregnancy. Focus your energy on rest, food and your checkups, that's what actually matters for the baby.
I literally worried about this exact thing and drove myself crazy googling. Then my doctor calmly told me there's no real proof of harm from towers and I was stressing for nothing. The stress was worse for me than any tower. Try not to spiral on it like I did.
