Can the pregnancy period train for the first three months?
Im in my early weeks and i used to do light gym before. Not sure if i should continue any training in first trimester ya completely stop. Doc visit is next week but wanted to hear ur experiences first.
Train travel in the first three months is generally safe if you have a normal pregnancy, but avoid lifting heavy bags. I traveled by train during both my pregnancies without any issues. Just ensure you carry your own clean water and simple snacks.
For motion sickness during train travel, keeping lemon or ginger candies helps a lot. However, if you feel any cramping or spotting during or after the journey, stop traveling immediately and call your gynac.
Pehle teen mahine thoda dhyan rakhna hota hai behan, par agar safar zaroori hai toh train se ja sakti ho. Bas seedhiyan chadhte waqt aur jhatkon se bachna. Apne sath ghar ka khana aur paani zaroor rakhna.
I know how terrifying it feels to even think of traveling in the first trimester when everything feels so fragile. If you must travel, choosing a sleeper berth in a train is quite safe, but do talk to your gynac first to calm your anxious mind.
My doctor told me that train travel is much safer than road travel because there are fewer jerks. However, she strictly advised against travel if there is any history of spotting or bleeding. Always get your doctor's clearance before booking tickets.
