I know it is not exactly healthy but today I am craving Maggi like crazy. I have been eating ghar ka food mostly, bas once in a while I feel like having it. Is occasional Maggi okay or did you avoid fully?
It's not poison but it's basically maida and salt with not much nutrition. Occasional treat is okay. If you have BP or water retention issues then better to ask your gynac because of the sodium.
Once in a while is fine, I won't lie I had it on busy days. To make it slightly better I used to throw in some veggies and an egg. The maida and sodium is the only concern so just keep it occasional.
I tried to keep junk low during pregnancy but maggi happened sometimes, I'm human. I'd pair it with a fruit or some protein later in the day to balance. Just don't make it everyday and you're fine.
Actually I had this exact craving in my 4th month yaar. Ate it sometimes, added veggies to feel less guilty haha. Balance ke saath sab chalta hai, no need to feel bad.
Haha the real pregnancy craving question. I ate maggi during both my pregnancies and my kids are fine and very alive. Just don't make it your daily breakfast lunch dinner okay.
