i got diagnosed with pcos a couple years back and now that we want to start a family im scared it wont happen for us. feeling a little low about it honestly. anyone here conceived with pcos? would really help to hear ur stories.
I want to gently say yes, many women with pcos conceive, some naturally and some with help. My journey needed IVF but yours might be much simpler. Please be kind to yourself and take it one step at a time with your doctor.
Yes you can. Both my kids and I have pcos. Weight management, regular cycles with medication and timed tries make a big difference. Get your doctor to guide ovulation, that helped me a lot.
I also have pcos and was so scared about this. Reading these replies gives me hope honestly. We just started trying with my doctors guidance, fingers crossed.
My gynac said pcos affects ovulation but it doesnt mean you cant conceive. She put me on lifestyle changes first, then ovulation support when needed. Cutting sugar and walking daily improved my cycles. Definitely doable with the right plan.
Yes absolutely, I have pcos and I have my baby. It took us some time and a bit of medical help but it happened. Dont lose hope, but do work with a good gynac because everyones pcos is different.
Beta yes, pcos is common and so many of us become mothers with it. Dont let fear take over. Just stay consistent with your doctor, your diet and patience, it works out for most.
