I used to cycle every evening before getting pregnant and i really miss it. Now im 5 months and not sure if balance and all is risky. Anyone continued cycling, did ur doc allow it?
Cycling? Haha, during my pregnancy, I was just happy if I could keep my food down, let alone cycle! But seriously, if you're feeling energetic, that's great. My friend used a stationary bike for a bit, but outside cycling might have fall risks. Pls check with your doc, they know your case best.
Oh, I totally loved cycling before pregnancy! When I got pregnant, I really felt like continuing, but my doc said it depends on your individual health and how far along you are. For me, she suggested light walking instead to be safe. It’s better to check with your gynac first, just to be on the safer side.
After my C-section, getting back to any strenuous activity took a lot of time and care. During pregnancy itself, any activity like cycling needs a green signal from your gynac. My doc told me to stick to light walks because of my body type and history. Please, please get proper medical advice before starting anything.
I really can't give medical advice, but personally, I avoided cycling during my pregnancy. My doctor had recommended gentle walks and prenatal yoga for exercise. Every pregnancy is different, so what worked for me might not be right for you. It's always safest to consult your own doctor about any physical activity.
Our bodies are truly amazing, especially during pregnancy! Staying active is good, but it's also important to be very mindful. I would suggest having a heart-to-heart with your doctor about cycling. Whatever activity you choose, just ensure it brings peace and joy, and keeps you and baby safe. Stay positive and take care.
Oh gosh, I used to overthink everything during my pregnancy, and exercise was a big one! I remember reading about fall risks with cycling, and it made me so anxious. It's truly best to have a chat with your doctor about it. They can tell you what's absolutely safe for you and the baby.
