Its summer and the tadgola/palm fruit is everywhere right now, i love it. But im 6 months along and not sure if its okay to have during pregnancy. Anyone know if its safe?

Palm fruit is fine in moderation, but please watch your portions if you are tracking your sugar levels. I had to be extremely careful with sweet fruits due to my gestational diabetes.
