Chikoo is my absolute fav fruit and the season is on. But MIL said something about it being too sweet for pregnancy. Is it fine to eat na? dont want to give it up if not needed.
I was worried about the high sugar content in chikoo, but my doctor said eating one a day is completely safe. Just make sure to wash the skin properly.
I totally understand how we doubt every single food during this beautiful phase. Please enjoy your chikoo, it is actually very good for you and the baby.
