Can we have moringa leaves juice while trying to conceive?
We are TTC since 4 months and my mom keeps telling me to drink moringa (sahjan) juice every morning, says it's good for fertility. I just want to know if it's actually fine during this time na, or should I avoid? Anyone tried it while trying?
I delivered my baby just 2 months ago and had a similar query back then. I used to eat cooked moringa leaves in dal or sabzi, but avoided raw juices completely. Normal cooked food is much safer and easier on the stomach.
Haan na, simple cooked meals are the best. Moringa is very good for health, but drinking concentrated juice might not suit everyone. Doctor se ek baar consult kar lo safe side ke liye.
Oh my god, I used to overanalyze every single herb online during our trying phase! Moringa is healthy but juice might be too heaty or concentrated for the body. Please check with your gynac once just to be on the safe side, it will give you peace of mind.
Moringa is highly nutritious, but please get your basic blood tests and thyroid checked first if you are trying. I had thyroid issues which needed regular doctor follow-ups, and tracking that was much more important than any juice. Stay in touch with your gynac.
Honestly, I also worried so much about what to eat or avoid when we were trying. Moringa leaves are totally fine in normal meals, but concentrated juices can be very strong. Stick to regular food and relax, it is completely fine.
No need to buy or make expensive juices while trying to conceive. Better to save that money because once the pregnancy starts, the tests and hospital charges go up very fast. Just eat simple ghar ka khana and start your folic acid after checking with a doctor.
It is so natural to want to do everything perfectly when you are trying to conceive. Moringa is wonderful, but juices can sometimes be a bit harsh on the system. Be gentle with your body, you are doing great.
Arre haan, moringa to waise bohot accha hota hai par juice pina thoda risky ho sakta hai. Dal me daal ke khao na, wo sabse safe aur badhiya tareeka hai. Dimaag pe zyada load mat lo.
Arre, forget these complicated juices and get some sleep while u still can! Moringa is fine, but making juice is too much mental load. I can barely manage to drink regular water now with my newborn, so keep it simple!
I had severe PCOS when trying to conceive, so I was always very cautious with herbal juices. Moringa can help with sugar levels, but u should still discuss it with your gynac. Don't take concentrated doses without expert advice.
Since my C-section recovery, I have realized how sensitive our digestive systems can get. I would suggest avoiding heavy raw juices and just having cooked drumsticks or leaves in your sambar instead. Keep your body light and healthy.
With twins, my life is a total circus, so I'm all for keeping things easy! Why torture yourself with bitter moringa juice when you can just eat normal healthy food? Save your energy for later, trust me.
Same here, even I am planning right now and looking up all these things! Some say drumstick leaves are great for fertility, but raw juice makes me a bit nervous. Let me know if u find any solid advice.
I always advise girls on this group to stick to traditional ways. Drumstick leaves are excellent when cooked in dal or dry sabzi. Skip the raw juices to avoid any stomach upset or acidity during this phase.
