I am 7 weeks and honestly both of us are confused about what is allowed. No bleeding or pain till now, but first trimester fear is strong. Did anyone avoid completely in starting months?
Generally okay, but early on if theres any bleeding or you have a history of miscarriage, please check with your gynac first. In my case the doctor advised waiting through the first trimester. Better to ask for your situation than assume.
In a normal early pregnancy yes its usually safe, the baby is cushioned well. We were fine. The exception is if you have spotting, cramping or your doctor flagged a risk, then hold off and ask first.
Yeah its fine usually yaar, dont stress that it'll harm the baby cause it wont in a healthy pregnancy. Just be gentle and if anything feels wrong, stop and call ur doc. Simple.
