I've heard about Clomid being used for fertility treatments, and that sometimes it can increase the chances of twins. I'm wondering what is involved when taking such medications for conceiving, particularly if aiming for twins.

When the nausea is bad i feel like a cold sprite helps me settle thoda. But im not sure if cold drinks are ok during pregnancy. Is it fine once in a while or better to avoid?
