Can you have a normal pregnancy with low hcg levels?
My blood test came and the hcg number is on the lower side, im around 5-6 weeks. Doc said wait and repeat after few days but mera dimaag toh ghoom raha hai. Has anyone had low levels and still a healthy normal pregnancy?
I had thyroid issues so I was always worrying about my lab reports and hCG levels. My doctor told me that one low reading doesn't mean much, it's the trend of doubling that matters. Make sure to follow up regularly with your doctor for repeat blood tests.
This is something I have been reading about a lot lately while planning my pregnancy. It's so reassuring to hear that low initial hCG can still lead to a normal pregnancy. Hope everything goes smoothly for you, do update us after your doctor's visit!
Haan na, these hCG numbers can make us worry so much for no reason. Sometimes ovulation happens late, so the initial levels look low, which is totally normal. Just get the repeat test done as advised by your doctor to see if they are rising, ho na.
Arre, don't lose sleep over these numbers! Sometimes the baby just starts a bit slow, like my husband on a Monday morning. The most important thing is that the hCG levels are doubling every 48 hours, so let your gynac track it and stop googling!
I had very low hCG initially and was so scared, but my doctor kept monitoring me and I ended up having a healthy pregnancy and a C-section delivery. The recovery was smooth, and my baby is perfectly fine today. Just stay positive and let your doctor guide you.
Actually, hCG levels vary widely from woman to woman, and a single low number doesn't automatically mean something is wrong. The rate at which the levels increase over 48 hours is what doctors actually look at. It is always best to let your gynac interpret the blood reports.
