I really miss my morning coffee, was a 2 cup a day person before. Now im 10 weeks and scared even one cup might harm the baby. Is a little bit okay or should i just stop fully?

Yes but limit it. My doc said keep caffeine low, basically one small cup a day is generally ok. I cut down to a single cup and didnt miss it much after a while. Dont forget tea and chocolate also have caffeine.
