I often hear the term 'conceive' when people talk about pregnancy, but I'm not entirely clear on its exact meaning in a health context. Could someone please explain what it means to conceive? I'm trying to learn more about fertility.
I'm worried about an ectopic pregnancy and trying to understand the symptoms. Can one still have a period during an ectopic pregnancy, or does it stop completely? This information is confusing me.
