I used to jog every morning before, it was my thing. Now im 12 weeks and not sure if i can continue ya should i switch to walking only. Anyone here who kept running?
Haan na, running during pregnancy can be a bit too much for the body. Better to do simple evening walks, safe and peaceful. Drastic exercises avoid karo abhi.
Beta, ghar pe sab kehte hain ki is time bhaag-daud nahi karni chahiye. Better to just walk slowly in the park or courtyard. Take care of yourself and the baby, dont strain.
With my PCOS history, my pregnancy was very precious and my doctor strictly advised against heavy exercises or running. Every body is different, so its best to ask your doctor before doing any high-impact workout.
I totally understand how much u must love staying active and running! But this phase is so special, your body is doing so much work already. Maybe try gentle stretching or walking so u and baby both stay safe and comfortable.
If your body is used to running, light jogging might be okay in the beginning, but pls go slow. Walking is always a safer and gentler option for u and the little one right now.
Pls be very careful, dear. Having gone through a heartbreaking loss before, I would personally suggest avoiding running completely. Gentle walks are much safer and will give u peace of mind.
Look, if u were a regular runner before pregnancy, u can usually continue with your doctors okay, but dont start training for a marathon now. Switch to brisk walking if u feel even slightly tired or breathless. Listen to your body, simple as that.
