With my PCOS background, moderate exercise actually helped my cycles become more regular which helped conceiving. But I was careful not to overdo it, too much intense exercise can sometimes affect ovulation. Best to check with ur doctor what suits ur body.
Yes and honestly staying active helped me feel good while trying. I stuck to walking, light strength and yoga. The only thing my doctor said was dont do extreme intense stuff or crazy crash workouts, that can mess with cycles. Moderate is the sweet spot.
Definitely keep moving, fit body helps. Just dont go to exhaustion levels. Once u think u might be pregnant, ease off and confirm before doing anything heavy. Walking and yoga are always safe bets.
I am in the trying phase too and I kept up my gym but dialled down the heavy lifting a bit. Being a healthy weight is supposed to help conception na. Light cardio and yoga feel like a safe middle ground to me.
