Past few days mine feel really firm and kind of sore, im around 6 weeks i think. Its a new feeling so im a bit unsure if this is a pregnancy thing. Anyone else noticed this early?

Yes they firm up and grow as they prepare for milk, totally natural. Mine felt heavy throughout and got even fuller near the end. Wearing a good supportive bra made a big difference for comfort.
