We're trying to conceive and this month feels different. My nipples feel kind of swollen and sore even before period is due. Could this be an early sign or am i just overthinking it? pls share if u felt the same.
Totally normal. The hormones make them swell, tender and the colour around also gets darker. Wear a soft cotton bra without wire, it really helps with the soreness.
