Just 9 weeks and my pants already feel tight, but i thought weight gain happens later na. matlab is this normal this early or am i just eating too much? anyone same?
In the beginning, my weight didn't change much actually, especially with the morning sickness. Some women even lose a bit of weight. It's completely normal for your body to fluctuate, and then the real weight gain starts happening later to support the baby's growth.
Honestly, yes, some women do, some don't really. I was so busy with work and managing nausea, I barely gained anything in my first trimester. But it's totally normal if you do put on a kilo or two, your body is changing so much. Don't stress too much about the scale in early days.
Haan, thoda toh weight badhta hi hai. Pehle 3 mahine mein kuch khaas nahi badhta, lekin thoda bahut toh hota hai. Ghar pe sab bolte hain ki acha khaana khaao, sehat banao. Toh thoda toh badhega hi na.
Hey, don't worry about the scale in early pregnancy at all. Some women actually lose a little due to morning sickness, while others gain a couple of kilos. Both are perfectly fine. Your body is doing amazing things, just focus on feeling good.
Weight gain patterns vary a lot in early pregnancy. Some gain, some lose, some stay stable. The key is to have a healthy, balanced diet and not to overeat. Your doctor is the best person to advise you on a healthy weight gain range for your specific pregnancy.
This is so individual. With my thyroid issues during pregnancy, my weight was always something my doctor monitored closely. So while some initial fluctuation is normal, if you have any underlying conditions, regular check-ups with your doctor are super important to track it.
