Directly no, but spillage nearby can create a small risk. More than pregnancy, hygiene and infections are the real concern. Use protection and dont overthink it.
My gynac explained pregnancy needs sperm to reach the vagina, so that act itself doesnt directly cause it. But if fluid leaks nearby, there's a tiny indirect chance. For hygiene and infection safety she always recommended protection.
