Noticed my bras getting tight already and im only 9 weeks in. Is this an early thing or does it keep increasing more later? Just trying to figure out if i should buy new ones now or wait.
Haha yes, mine went up like two sizes, my husband was more surprised than me. Totally normal, hormones are busy prepping the dairy department. Just invest in comfy bras and enjoy the change.
Yes it does, the body is preparing for milk. They get fuller and sometimes tender during pregnancy, and increase even more once your milk comes in after delivery. I would gently suggest getting good supportive maternity bras, made a big difference for the soreness.
Definitely, in both my pregnancies they grew early and got tender. Buy bras with a little room and good support, skip the underwire if it feels uncomfortable. Its all part of getting ready for breastfeeding, nothing to worry about.
Oh yes, mine grew quite a bit and pretty early too. I felt sore and heavy in the first trimester itself and had to buy bigger bras. It surprised me honestly but my gynac said its the body getting ready for feeding. Totally normal.
