My next appointment is coming up and i think they might do an internal exam. Im honestly a little nervous about it because i have low pain tolerance. Does it hurt much? Just want to mentally prepare myself.
It was just mild discomfort for me, nothing scary. My mother told me to stay calm and breathe and that really helped. Trust ur doctor, they are gentle.

I felt nervous before mine but honestly it was more uncomfortable than painful. Few seconds of pressure and it was done. Try to relax ur body, tensing up makes it worse.
Dont worry dear, it can feel a bit odd but it passes quickly. A little spotting after is common too. If u feel real pain or heavy bleeding then tell ur doctor.
Its not really pain, more like a quick pressure or crampy feeling for a moment. Breathe out slowly when she checks, it helps a lot. Both my pregnancies it was over fast.
