We are trying since 2 months and ive been noticing more sticky white discharge than usual after ovulation this time. dont want to test too early and get disappointed again. does this kind of mucus actually mean anything or am i just reading into it?
Ohh I used to analyse every little change, creamy, sticky, watery, drove myself mad. Truth is it cant confirm anything. A test gives peace, the mucus only gives more questions trust me.
It can be a soft hint for some but not a sign u can rely on. The hormones that change mucus also change normally before periods. Wait and test with first morning urine, thats the actual indicator.
Mucus changes happen in every cycle, pregnant or not. Dont read too much into it, just wait for ur period date and take a proper test. Saved me a lot of overthinking honestly.
I track my mucus for ovulation and honestly its not a reliable pregnancy sign by itself. Some women say it gets creamy after conceiving but it can also just be ur normal cycle. Test is the only real answer.
