Noticed my urine looking darker than normal these few days and my mind immediately went there since we are trying. Could this actually mean something or am i overthinking. Anyone?
Not really, dark urine usually just means you are not drinking enough water. It is not a reliable pregnancy sign at all. Take a proper test if you missed your period.
Just one thing, if urine is very dark with burning or pain, please check with your gynac, that can be a UTI. Dark colour alone is mostly water. Better to get a proper test for pregnancy.
My doctor told me urine colour mostly shows hydration, not pregnancy. Dark colour means drink more water. For confirming pregnancy only a kit or blood test works, colour is a myth honestly.
Don't waste energy guessing from urine colour yaar. A simple home kit costs very little and gives a clear answer. Save the worry for when you actually have a result.
