Getting these dull headaches almost daily since the past week, im around 8 weeks. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing? never had this many headaches before so wondering.
Normal headaches happen, yes. But please be careful, if you get a sudden severe headache especially in later months, with swelling, blurry vision or it wont go away, call your gynac right away. That needs a BP check. The everyday mild ones are usually fine.
Yes, in my first trimester I felt headaches almost daily, it was the hormones and I think dehydration too. I felt low about it but once I started drinking more water and resting it got much better. You're not alone in this.
For my mild headaches I'd rest in a dark room, drink water and put a cool cloth on my forehead, helped a lot without medicine. But if it ever feels intense or different, dont try home tricks, get it checked.
Very common, especially early on. Usually its hormones, low sugar or not enough water and sleep. I'd fix those first before reaching for anything. Dont take any painkiller on your own, check with doc.
