Hi, I'm 31 weeks pregnant and does it bleed before pregnancy?. haan what should I do? Any advice from other moms-to-be?

I am currently 4 months pregnant, and actually I did see a tiny bit of pink spotting right before my missed period! I was so confused if it was my period starting. Did you notice a few drops or is it heavier?

Haha, yes! I thought my period started and ate a whole tub of ice cream, only to find out 2 weeks later I was pregnant. Now in my 3rd trimester, my back hurts so much I miss those simple spotting days!

Oh I completely panicked when I saw spotting before my positive test, thought my period came! But my doc said it was just implantation bleeding and perfectly normal. Just track if it's light spotting or actual heavy bleeding.
